Privacy policy

We use the data you share with us only to reply to your inquiry. Here is what we collect, who processes it, and how you can ask us to correct or delete it.

Kodexa (kodexa.ar) is a digital design and development studio run by Lautaro Aquino. For any question about your data, write to contacto@kodexa.ar.

Only what we need to start a business conversation:

  • Contact form: name, business name (optional), project type, how you'd like us to reach you, your WhatsApp number or email, message (optional) and estimated budget (optional). We also record the date and the form you sent it from.
  • WhatsApp button click: we log the click anonymously (page, button location and visit source, such as the campaign or site you came from). It does not include name, email or phone. The conversation itself takes place on WhatsApp and is governed by that platform's policies.
  • Site analytics: only if you accept cookies. See the Cookie policy.

We use your contact details only to reply to your inquiry and, if we move forward, to prepare a proposal. We don't sell them or share them with third parties for advertising. If we ever want to use them for another purpose (for example, sending you news), we will ask you separately.

To run the site and handle inquiries we use providers that process data on our behalf. Some are located abroad (for example, in the United States), so your data may be transferred outside Argentina:

  • Forminit: receives form submissions.
  • Google (Google Sheets): the inquiry tracking sheet, from which entries flow into our CRM. Google Analytics and Tag Manager, only if you accept analytics cookies.
  • Microsoft Clarity: heatmaps and session recordings, only if you accept analytics cookies.
  • Netlify and Vercel: site hosting and aggregated visit measurement, without cookies.

We keep your data for as long as needed to answer your inquiry and maintain the business relationship. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

You can request access, correction, update or deletion of your data by writing to contacto@kodexa.ar. We reply promptly and within the legal deadlines. Depending on where you live (for example, the EU or UK) you may have additional rights, such as portability or objection; write to us and we will handle your request.

Under Argentine law (Law 25,326) you may exercise your right of access free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown. The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), as the supervisory authority of Law 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints regarding non-compliance with personal data protection rules.

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access to data is limited to people who need it to reply to you. No system is infallible, but we take reasonable measures to protect it.

If we change this policy we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
