From requirements to a custom digital solution

Discovery, planning and development of a corporate website for a waste management and treatment company. A project under way, told as it stands today.

At Kodexa we believe a good web project doesn't start by writing code, but by listening, researching and understanding what each business needs.

Our first client project began with an initial meeting to learn about their activity, understand their requirements and analyze how a new corporate website could support their goals.

Understand before you build

Every project starts by understanding how the business works, what it needs to communicate and which tools can help it grow. After the first meeting, we gathered the requirements and defined a solution aligned with their needs.

Designing the solution

Based on that discovery, we worked on a Corporate Website Pro proposal, designed so the company can communicate its services better, show its operations and keep the relevant information about its activity up to date.

In waste management and treatment, information and transparency play a key role. A well-organized digital presence makes it possible to communicate services, present the operations of each plant and make institutional information and relevant documentation easy to find.

From mockups to the developed site

The conceptual design becomes a real website: what you see below is the version in development. It is not published yet.

A tool to communicate better

The solution includes dynamic features, designed so the website is not just a business card but a communication tool that can evolve along with the company.

  • Present its services

Clearly communicate the different solutions the company offers.

  • Permits and documentation

Organize and publish the relevant information, according to the needs and the content the company authorizes.

  • Share news

A blog to report on regulatory changes related to waste management, industry progress and innovations implemented at its plants.

  • Show its operations

Spaces to present facilities, processes and operating capabilities.

A project in progress

Every project involves its own decisions, priorities and timing. Throughout this process, we support the client in defining the scope and choosing a solution aligned with their current needs and future goals.

Right now, publishing the site is on hold while the company goes through internal changes and defines aspects of its new stage.

The development is part of a transition stage for the company. While it moves forward with its internal decisions, we keep supporting the process so the new digital presence can launch once the conditions are right.

We keep building

This project is an important part of how we work: listen first, propose with judgment and build digital solutions that answer real needs. At Kodexa, every project is a chance to turn real requirements into tools that help companies communicate what they do.
